Mead of Poetry

Our Grand Reserve, “The Mead of Poetry”, is the oldest commercially available product of its kind. Aged in Oak for a minimum of 7 years, but most recently 20 years, it is likened to a sherry or port it makes the perfect after-dinner drink, there is nothing like it in America if not the world.
We usually bottle a release once a year, usually during the holidays.

Odin, Barrel Aged Honey Dew Mead
Availability: Out of Production
Odin is a fine honey wine produced from one of the rarest and darkest of types of honey – Honey Dew. Not to be confused with the fruit honey dew, Honey Dew or forest honey as it is also known, is made by the bees who collect the dark sugary sap from aphids which have collected it from the sap in trees. This dark sugary sap is processed by the bees along with the nectar from flowers to produce a unique and prized type of honey. Aged in barrels that once held Chocolate Raspberry Love.
